We are located at 630-640 Ocean Avenue, Portland, Maine. Directions from the North or South are as follows:

• I-95 South to I-295.
• In Portland, take Exit 9 (Baxter Boulevard/Washington Avenue).
• Take the first right off exit ramp, then left at the traffic signal onto Washington Avenue (Route 26).
• After approximately 6/10 of a mile on Washington Avenue, turn right at the intersection of Ocean Avenue (Route 9). There is a Cumberland Farms at this intersection.
• The entrance to The Cedars is on your left, approximately 2/10 of a mile north on Ocean Avenue.

From the South

• I-95 north to I-295.
• In Portland, take Exit 8 (Washington Avenue).
• After approximately 6/10 of a mile on Washington Avenue (Route 26), turn right at the intersection of Ocean Avenue (Route 9). There is a Cumberland Farms at this intersection.
• The entrance to The Cedars campus is on your left, approximately 2/10 of a mile north on Ocean Avenue.
